Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. As per the symptoms you have described, it looks as though you have contracted an infection from the food you ingested. Most often, acute food poisoning also can cause such symptoms and vomiting and diarrhea may follow. I would ask you to see a physician immediately to get further treatment. Uterine involution occurs after a delivery and this also causes pain due to uterine contraction but is not debilitating. It is a moderate to mild cramping pain easily relieved with an anti-spasmodic agent. Your description of pain does not look like uterine pain. So, please go ahead as advised. Take care.
