What Causes Abdominal Pain After Eating?

I have been having abdominal pain. I took stool softener thinking it was constipation do to stress. I have had 4 bowel movements today and I still hurt. When I don t eat its better but as soon as I eat something the ain comes back. Its been three days since this has been going on. A couple weeks ago I was at work I got saw dust from particle board and polyester resin dust with MEKP9 in my mouth. I got most of it out but not all of it. Now I am having these problems. I also drink a half pint of vodka a couple day out of the week for a few years. thanks. joe

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of pain in abdomen for 3 days and thought of constipation as a cause hence took a stool softener. Has 4 bowel movements today but still hurt. A couple of weeks ago got a saw dust in mouth which has polyester resin and MEK 9 , also drink half pint of vodka for a couple of days out of the week.
If the saw dust with polyester resin and MEK 9 had to cause the pain and problems, it would have been on the same or the next day, not so late.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Get the stool, blood and urine tests.
Go to ER or your regular Doctor to have clinical evaluation, examination, investigations and symptomatic treatment as per the clinical findings and to get a specific treatment if anything else is found on investigations.
