Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The abdominal pain could be due to Dyspepsia. Still, I would suggest to rule out the possibility of biliary colic and gallbladder stone.

Abdominal pain is challenging for the physician that demands several investigations, the most common cause could be a colicky pain, Dyspepsia, Hyperacidity (Acid peptic disease), renal colic, stone condition, and Urinary tract infection (UTI).

If there is a history of lever surgery, then one has to be very much alert for the abdominal pain. It has to be brought to the clinical investigations for further examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
