Abdominal pain is pain that originates between the chest and the pelvis. Abdominal pain can be cramp-like, achy, dull, or sharp. It is often called stomachache. These studies suggest that people who get frequent headaches may be predisposed to gastrointestinal problems. Digestive conditions, such as irritable bowel syndrome and celiac disease, also may be linked to migraines. However, more research is needed to understand these connections. If you experience nausea, vomiting or diarrhea with your headaches, talk to your doctor about treatment options. Treating the headache usually relieves gastrointestinal symptoms.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of Severe pain on abdomen, headache and other symptoms for 4 days. I would advise you the following: Since your condition looks serious I would advise you to go to ER for clinical evaluation, examination, investigations of blood, urine and ultrasonography of the abdomen. Proper diagnosis will lead to a proper treatment. I think you will need admission to the Hospital for proper management.
