Hi, I'm an 18 year old female. My sister had her gallbladder removed at age 22, and she has the same body type as me. I weigh 125, and I'm 5'9". I've always had an irritable stomach, but I've been getting painful cramps in my upper abdomen, and my stool is light-colored. I also seem to be constipated. Do you know what this might be?
Pale stools may be due to gallbladder or liver problems lead not able to produce bile pigments.
Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid caffeinated drinks. Avoid Dairy products. Eat green leafy vegetables with high probiotic content. use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast.
Please get it done one ultrasound abdomen and get treated accordingly.
