Hi,
If you have always been regular with your cycles, then, you had the intercourse during your safe period, i.e., just before you are due. There is no necessity to worry about conception. Your symptoms could be premenstrual. Yet, you can exclude/confirm pregnancy through a HPT performed with a fresh early morning sample of urine or go for an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres. If negative, you may ether wait or see a specialist for further evaluation and management. Hope this helps.
