What Causes Abdominal Pain And Loose Stools?

My bowels they are real loose I also have a jel like substance that is attached to my stool extreme pain on my left side.no energy to do daily task this substance on my stool is a paste type thing sticky and just as large as stool can you help me find out what this is thank you

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query, you have symptoms of abdominal pain and loose stools which seems to be due to persistence of viral infection leading to gastroenteritis and electrolyte imbalance in the body.

Need not to worry at all. I would suggest you ensure you are taking adequate hydration, oral intake and replenishing water to avoid salt losses. You should take proper rest. You should avoid intake of outside food, such as hot, sharp and excessive spicy food and avoid intake of cold carbonated beverages. Visit gastroenterologist once and get it examined. You should go for complete examination and start treatment after that if still symptoms keep on persisting.
