What Causes Abdominal Pain And Pale Stools In Children?
i have a two year old girl that says her stomach hurts and her stools have been very very pale for the past two days, i'm taking her to the doctor tomorrow, but i want to know if its more serious and should i take her to the ER..her diet hasnt changed significantly

This is not such symptoms that needs any treatment because this is not due to any disease but this could be because of the digestive function that could be little over active, and this would come around, hope this helps.
