What Causes Abdominal Pain And Urge To Pass Motions?

I am a 29 year old man. I m having moderate to severe abdominal pain throughout my lower abdomen. I ve had this problem before. My father was diagnosed with diverticulitis a few years ago. I have been tested but the doctors said it was negative. To be blunt, it feels like I have to poop but I can t. I m quite concerned

Hello....u r suffering from INTESTINAL AMEBIASIS....take 2 tablets of secnidazole,both tablets to be chewed n taken together followed by aglass of milk
