I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..
I am really sorry for your health condition..
But I can strongly say, that you are suffering from
urinary tract infection, Uti and it can be treated.
So suggest you not to worry..
Please note these following things..
1.
Abdominal pain plus increased frequency of micturation, goes in favor of urinary tract infection. Uti..
2. You might also be experiencing pain on passing urine. Aren't you??
This is called
Dysuria..
3. Well, to establish the diagnosis please get these tests done..
A. Urine Routine and Microscopy..
B. Urine culture and sensitivity.
4. These will tell us, the cause of such symptoms, the organism responsible and also the antibiotic to be given..
5. And I whole heartedly recommend, preventing strategies in steel of treatment..
Please note..
A. Drink lot of water, around 4 to 5 litre of water daily..
B. Personal hygiene.
C. Do not store urine for long periods of time. Empty bladder regularly..
