What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Bleeding During Urination After Intercourse?

Hi, so i had sexual intercorse lastnight whith my boyfriend and this morning i had too use too washroom so i used it and after i was done peeing a huge unnecessary pain, i have been having pains in my stomach aswell and when i wipe myself down by my private part only some blood comes out. I tend too have too pee alot like alot... and only very little pee comes out. I m very scared and worried about this i don t know if i maybe have a STD or maybe a bladder infection. Please help me thankyou.

Hello,

As per your description, it appears that you are experiencing some cystitis / urethritis subsequent to the intercourse. This can happen due to the pressure during the intercourse as the female urethra is very short and exposed completely to pressure. You need medication to relieve the strangury, i.e., the urge to empty the bladder without relief. You need to see your health care provider for further management.
