Your query being appreciated,abdomen pain with vomiting could be due to dyspepsia and it is the common reason seen, beside this it can be due to intestinal infection, and Gastrointestinal pathologies, and these needs many investigation and clinical examination, if this is due to dyspepsia then pain can be managed with Dicyclomine with Paracetamol and Domperidone, you need to take care in diet try to avoid the heavy meal, spicy food, to rule out the possibility of colic is also important and it may be renal colicbiliary colic due to stone condition.
