What Causes Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Lack Of Appetite?

I threw up 4nights ago and since then have upper abdominal pain, bloating, feel distended. More so after eating. Reduced appetite. No longer tender to the touch. May have started with an allergic reaction to scallops, eaten inadvertently. Surprised to still feel discomfort.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Scallops can cause allergy if you are a known case to have it.
But since the problems is for more than 4 nights and you have other symptoms of vomiting , bloating, feeling distended after eating and reduced appetite it is best to go for the following in such a case.
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and inst\ist for the following investigations.
X-ray of the abdomen in standing position to see for any intestinal obstruction which can cause the symptoms that you have.
Ultrasonography of the whole abdomen and CT scan if needed.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
All these things will give the best possible diagnosis to get a proper plan of management.
