Something snapping in the abdomen while turning in bed followed by stabbing pain in the upper abdomen in the morning, now the bumps in outer lip of vagina and inside the skin below the rectum, all indicate that there is a septicemia or bacteriamia may be due to an intestinal infection or so. I would advise in such a case you need to be seen by a Doctor to for your vitals and more important are the investigations like Blood -CBC as this may indicate towards the urgency Urine and stool Ultrasonography / CT scan of the abdomen The treatment: May be broad spectrum antibiotics and regular follow-up and may be admission to the hospital and surgery if required. Better to check up for blood sugar too
