What Causes Abdominal Pain, Dizziness And Blood In Urine?

my doctor said there was blood in my urine. blood that is not noticeable to me. I had unprotected intercourse days prior to that. my period is now over a week late. my doctor and I also talked about getting an ultra sound to look for a cyst. I have severe headaches, lower back uncomfortably, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, abdominal pain, food cravings... ect. what do you think this could be? a cyst or pregnancy?

Hello,

I can understand your concern. As you are over a week late for your periods, you should go for a home pregnancy urine test with the first urine of the morning. If you will be pregnant, you will find it with the test.

If you are not pregnant, you should go for a sonogram to diagnose the cyst if present, as suggested by your doctor.

I hope this guidance helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
