What Causes Abdominal Pain During Ovulation And Difficult Bowel Movement?

I am a 42 year old female. I have "two" issues that I think may be related. 1st: Around ovulation time (had tubes burnt) I am in severe pain for a couple of days. I have learned to live with this and often use it as a reference of when my cycle will arrive, but its painful throughout the whole ab/back none the less. I am around this time now and have noticed that sex is becoming painful...2nd: when I "poop" or have to, it's like it hits a nerve somewhere in my buttock/lower back. As I type this my lower abs hurt and it's hard for me to sit until the "nerves" calm down. Sometimes in the bathroom it makes me double over. I do have hemmeroids from pregnancy (20 years ago) so I don't know if that contributes. I'm pretty embarrassed to go ask my Dr. about these problems so I'm hoping it's just something simple and possibly easy to releave the symptoms!!
