What Causes Abdominal Pain Post Menopausal While Having Ovarian Cyst?

51, 3 yrs post menopausal, 0 pregnancies...very low abdominal dull pain, not one sided, can worsen when seated and standing not aware of it when prone. No fever. Pain not intolerable but certainly aware of it. 2 yrs ago very small cyst on left ovary...no action taken on that. Lap band 3 yrs ago, 5'6', 180 lbs
