Hello there, thanks for writing to us! It looks like you are having Mittelschmerz meaning every month when you ovulate, you ll experience mild discomfort to minimal pain in your lower abdomen akin to your periods but of a smaller degree. It can also be accompanied by spotting in some women which is normal and nothing to worry about. Note that these symptoms will stay for few hours to 1 or 2 days and around mid month. But if you happen to notice it through out your menstrual cycle and doesn't follow any particular pattern do have yourself examined to find out where you could be bleeding from and to know the reason for your abdominal pain ( may require pelvic ultrasound scan) and other tests which is very unlikely in your case. Hope this information helped you. Take care!
