What Causes Abdominal Pain While On Metrogyl?
Hi, I have had running pain in my stomach off n on since yesterday morning... N had loose stool once yesterday n really bad case of loose stools ryt now... I do have the pain off n on... I took metrogyl 200mg today at 9pm Had full dinner, n now the upset stomach again.. Is it ok?? Should I take another dose of metrogyl 200 mg by 3am?

Metronidazole can cause stomach cramping and diarrhea if it is taken orally. This is unlikely if it is used as a vaginal gel. See your doctor if the problem persists.
