General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The abdominal pain is not related to your routine drugs.
The pain seems like gastritis.
As a first step you can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for pain relief.
It symptoms persist you can consult with gastroenterologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
