i get abdominal pain when i cough, laugh, or when i get up from bed. that is probably when i give stress. i had the same pain a week before and for the past 4 days it was not there and from yesterday it started paining again... what would be the reason
Hi, Looking to the history it seems that there might be having some strain on recti muscles producing spasm while coughing, laughing or get up from the bed giving this problem. While doing this action if there is swelling in lower abdomen, possibility of hernia should be ruled out after consulting your doctor. Take analgesic, muscle relaxant medicine for 2-3 days. Ok and take care.
