What Causes Abdominal Pain With Cramping And Dizziness?

Hi I've been having mild lower abdominal pain when I try to stand up from a sitting position I only get these cramps at night I Am 2 weeks from my period and I took a prego test and it was negative I've also been feeling A lil dizzy. What's wrong with me

These lower abdominal cramps or mild pain may be most commonly due to factors like physical exertion or sex, PID, or traumatic.
You should take antispasm and analgesic. If not improved consult a physician.
