What Causes Abdominal Pain With Discomfort And Breathlessness?
I am 34 years old female and Im very worried about my abdominal pain.It started about two weeks ago .It seems like it is coming in the stomach and going through the back .I have been at my doctor ,but he doesn't think it's ulcer or pancreatitis or cancer,but Im very worried.I have a long term heart burn problem and i always use antacid to relieve it.Doctor prescribed me Protium 40 mg tablets.As soon as I started symtoms went away but 3 days later they came back and now I cant take a full breath,it isnt severe pain but it is discomfort and I had pain on empty stomach at night.Would anyone have an idea what it may be?

Most likely pain is due to peptic ulcer in your case.However,other causes should also be ruled out.
You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,liver function test,renal function test,urine RE/ME,upper GI endoscopy and ultrasound of abdomen.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
Upper GI endoscopy and ultrasound is most important in your case.
It can exclude many possibilities including pancreatitis.
Empirically you have been prescribed right medicines.You should take small meals at regular intervals.
You may need to take few other medicines after full investigations.
