What Causes Abdominal Pain?
my 12 year old son has been complaining of abdominal pain for two days now. He does not have a fever or other symptoms. He wants to go to school but he does not feel comfortable so he is staying home for the 2nd day. Don't know what to give him to make him feel better.

Hello...the most common cause of abdominal pain in this age is WORM INFESTATION..give him a SINGLE TABLET OF ALBENDAZOLE 400 mg with a glass of milk at night..he shall be fine by the next morning
