Hello,

You are having these presentations since 8 year. Hence, detail work up should be done to rule out cause.

Investigation done as follow:
- CBC
- Stool routine micro examination and occult blood test
- Stool culture

If no organism found, then colonoscopy should be done to visualize interior and biopsy taken if needed. According to cause, specific treatment should be given.

Consult gastroenterologist for examination and provide reports that has been done to comment further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
