What Causes Abdominal Pain,vominting,headaches And Insomnia?

Hi, my name is Brittney. I am 24, AA and I live in the county (in case any of this makes a difference for possible diagnosis). I last had my period on the 9th. of Jan. and don't expect it again until around the 6th. of Feb. but lately I have been experiencing nausea (I actually vomited once last week during breakfast), abdominal cramps (as if I'm on my period), side pains (pins and needles), headaches, and insomnia. The strange thing is this morning I woke up with an extreme headache and felt so weak and I was experiencing the cramps and side pains at once. I did some research and feel that it could maybe be 1) Pregnancy 2) Type 2 Diabetes 3) Ovarian Caner 4) Kidney Infection. Please let me know your opinion as a medical professional and what advice you can share. Thanks!
