Please I have history of pile for many years now and smoke daily. but I experience a lot of noisy sound in my stomach every time especially when eating and when smoking. It’s like I have a worm in my stomach. Also am loosing weight. I need your assistance. Thanks.REPLY

please consult a gastrointestinal specialist. go for endoscopic examination to find out the cause. it could be colitis or gastrointestinal infection.
