What Causes Abdominal Swelling, Tightness And Back Pain?
Been in ER two times this week due to abdomen swelling and back pain. They finally gave me pain meds on top of stomach meds from 1st visit. They barley help. I can barley eat and can only drink water and unsweetened tea. Its taken me all day to eat one boneless skinless grilled chicken breast. And when I eat abdomen gets tighter and tighter. Ct scan was clear and blood work didn t show infection or obvious issue. I do have high blood pressure and history of nerve problems. This issue has been going on two and half weeks. I feel like im going crazy. Also feel burning on the inside of my body but no fever. Please help
I evaluated your query thoroughly. There are many differential diagnoses for this condition like intestinal obstruction, motility disorders, inflammation of intestine, colon, pancreas, and others. Require detailed physical examination to find out the etiology, if required ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis with or without diagnostic laparoscopy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
