What Causes Abnormal Abdominal Pain?

Hi dear am Girl 25 years old, I ve got married 4 weeks ago, I felt some abnormal pain in my belly, I ve tested my hormones level, (the PROLACTIN hormone was 45.19 ng/ml) and am not pregnant.. so please what is the reason of that???? thanks Additionally, my Dr, told me that your endomatrial thickness 13 mm, I got worried *_*!! please let me know that is that mean..

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Nice to know you just got married, 4 weeks.
The commonest reason for such pains can be honeymoon pyelitis meaning severe urinary tract.
Hormones may not be related to any pains in the abdomen, anyways you have got your hormones done and Prolactin is 45.19.
Do not worry about endometrial thickness.
Get an examination by a a General Surgeon so that a proper diagnosis and also examination of the blood, urine and stool ...
A course of an antibiotic, plenty of oral fluids may help you to get over this, Stop sex till you are alright.
