What Causes Abnormal Behavior Of A Person?

the people around me goes against me where they all said that i am doing the right thing. One of my friend said me that i have to go to a psychiatrist, but they are not drs, mean they can't give medicine. they just listen to you completely and give you suggestion which is best for you. But he has not give any name or location of those type of psychiatrist. I am from bbsr, so could you please help me to find out
