Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history, you are suffering from Onychomycosis.

My treatment advice is:
1. Maintain good hygiene and trim nails regularly.
2. Apply an antifungal lotion like Clotrimazole lotion twice daily on affected nails.
3. Other treatment options are Oral Fluconazole, Itraconazole and Terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
