What Causes Abnormal Kappa/lambda Ratio While Having Bone Pain, Frequent PVCs And Breathlessness?

Hello, Was just at my oncologist a few weeks ago and had a free light chain test done the kappa# was high 22.83 the lambda was normal but the K/L ratio was 2.06 which is higher than normal,Any ideas as what those numbers mean other than MM or AL Amylodosis Symptoms are bone pain frequent Pvc s and Pac s more shortness of breath while doing normal task.

Your test results are really high for a normal individual. Kindly repeat the test after a few weeks. If the results are still high, please consult the oncologist, who will guide you. Other than MM, amyloidosis, some renal or kidney related disorders can cause high K/L ratio.
