Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.

As you might be aware that PCOS , polycystic ovaries syndrome is a lifestyle disorder and you need to adopt a healthy lifestyle to start with.

Please opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen.
Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in daily diet.
Drink plenty of water in the day.
Avoid refined sugars and deep fried foods and bakery products in the diet.
Please take Iron, Calcium, protein and vitamin B 12 and Folic acid supplementation on regular basis.

If you want to regulate the cycles you seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Tablets Krimson 35, to be taken regularly for 21 days with a gap of 7 days. This will help to get regular cycles and will reduce the hormonal imbalance due to PCOS.

Secondly, if you can opt to use either Hyponidd or Metformin tablets, then you will not get lowering of blood sugar.

If you are planning to get pregnant then after the use of Krimson tablets for 3 months, you can seek support from your treating Gynecologist for. ovulation induction medicines and ovulation study.

Getting periods twice in a month is not normal everyday for a patient with PCOS, please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Tranexamic acid and Mefenamic acid containing tablets to control the bleeding.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
