What Causes Abnormal Mood Swings During Pregnancy?
I m 26 and 5 days pregnant with two young children 2 and 4. I teach kindergarten and coach cheerleading. At times I feel like I m running on auto pilot and kinda zoom into my life from an outside view. Doesn t seem like I m really living my life. Just checking in here and there. Sounds weird but what s the deal? I want to be involved and excited.

I understand your concern.
In pregnancy the increased level of pregnancy hormones( Estrogen/progesteron /thyroxin) in mother's blood lead to sudden mood swings of mother.
Usually this comes back to normal when mother gets adjusted to raised hormones. Please don't worry, it will be normal soon.
