Hello. Last week on the 25th I started my period. It always starts on the 26th. But things change. Because of seasons I suppose. Anyhow my period only last 2 days. Then brown discharge for 2. Ever since then I ve had cloudy urine. Today was an off day for me. I ve been feeling nauseas but not about to throw up. Weird heachaches for about a minute then goes always . And slight cramps. What could this be ?
Hello, Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. In the current scenario, I would ask you to get urinary tract infection excluded through urinalysis as you have cloudy urine. The infection also can give rise to abnormal menstrual patterns, systemic illness, nausea etc. You also need to have a trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pelvic organs and to detect a possible pregnancy. Further management can be planned accordingly. Brown discharge during the natural menstrual cycle indicates old collection and perhaps some hormone imbalance. Implantation bleeding is a fresh bleed. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
