What Causes Abnormal Smell From Vagina And Queefing?

my girlfriend has been complaining about abnormal smell coming from her vagina for the past three days and just today there was white discharge of a creamy consistency, and she's been "queefing" a lot for the past two days, any idea what it could be?

Hi. Abnormal smell from vagina can be due to infection especially Bacterial vaginosis,which causes fishy odour or it can be candidiasis as well. Queefing may happen during or after sexual act. I hope she has no history of any vaginal surgery earlier, which might have created any fistula(recto vaginal fistula).thanks.
