my vision does a freeze frame effect sometimes. for example turning your head and then its a split second before my vision jerks into focus. I dont know if its conncted but i have also been getting jumpy pulses going down my arms, general from lower arm to wrists. It feels almost like a low electirc pulse, or sudden rush of blood in the veins. As if my arm suddenly wakes up, even though I am often actively using it.
