What Causes Abnormally Large Uterus And Too Much Amniotic Fluid In 29th Week Of Pregnancy?

Hi I'm 29 weeks pregnant and been told I have abnormally large uterus for this stage and may have too much amniotic fluid. Im waiting to have a scan next week at hospital but should I be going to work in the meantime and doing housework, the midwife didnt really say, thanks

29 week pregnancy with polyhydroamnios and big baby- probable dignosis is gestational diabetes...u can go for work..but undergo investigations of GDM..start medications and control sugar...
