What Causes Abrasions On Vaginal Area With Burning Sensation?

i just started to notice a crash in my vagina. whenever i crash i feel good but when i check my vagina it look so weird like as if i have a wound in my two labium major and minor and in the inside like a whitish tissue peeling or something.. and right now i feel pain if my urine touches the surface of my vagina

I am Dr Arun Tank answering your concern.

Whitish color in the vaginal area is because of candida infection.

Candida can cause such a symptoms as you have mentioned.

I advice you to do Grams staining from the whitish layer. Mostly it suggest that it is the yeast infection or candida infection.

You can take the clotrimazole vaginal pessary to be fix in the area or you can take oral fluconazole and metronidazole tablet. Please take above medication under your doctors guidance.

Please check your sugar and HIV status as it is the most common cause of the candida infection.

Please maintain good hygiene as it us equally important in curing the infection.
