What Causes Abrupt Appearance Of Lump On Forearm?

Suddenly this lump appeared on my forearm. It is about the size of an egg. I am 89 years old and previously was cleaning spilled drink from the refrigerator. The lump is un comfortable and I am tired and ready to go to bed. What is this and is it alright for me to go to bed and try to sleep?

sudden appearance of lump is a thing to worry about much as this could be an abscess or bursa but it could be a lymph node also!

you should go for an FNAC test for confirmation
