Hi,
I have read your answer and would like to answer.
Once
pregnancy test comes positive
gestational sac can be seen as early as at 4 weeks on
transvaginal ultrasound, and 5 to 8 weeks on abdominal ultrasound. Ultrasound also can measure 1 or 2 weeks plus or minus gestational age(pregnancy age) means it can tell 1 week more or less gestational age,as it calculates pregnancy date not from the last day of menstrual period but from the day when fertilization was happened.
you had a ultrasound at 7 weeks, and on ultrasound the
fetal pole was not seen, age was 6 weeks, there could be two reasons not seeing the gestational sac, one gestational age would not be exact 6 weeks, second fetal pole was not developed yet, and after 5 days ultrasound was repeated and it showed fetal pole(fetus) with feeble cardiac activity that means its not missed
miscarriage as cardiac activity was seen.
It might go on to be normal healthy pregnancy or
missed abortion as cardiac activity was feeble. Nothing can be said right now, you have to wait and have repeat ultrasound. keep following up with your doctor.
Hope this answer is helpful.
Thanks
