What Causes Absence Of Periods After Taking Loesterin?

I m currently taking loesterin 20 and have not had a period for the three months that I have been on it.My first month I had browny pink discharge during my pill break and my second month I had some darker brown but I had nothing this month. Before going on the pill I had regular v heavy periods.I ve had sex without a condom throughout this time. I have taking my pills correctly everyday apart from once in the first month during the 13 or 14th day and I took a pill the next day then had sex 3 or 4 days later. I ve taken countless pregnancy tests from reputable brands the last one being last week just before my pill break that I m at the end of now. All said negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Thank you for asking the question.
You are taking loestrin. It is oral contraceptive pill used to prevent pregnancy.
You are taking it regularly.start it on 5th day of cycle and continue for 4 week. Three week for hormone and fourth week iron tablets.
Pill contains hormones which makes uterine wall unfavourable for implantation. So it prevent pregnancy.
If you forgot pill, then you become unprotected and you may get pregnant.
Do test on 5week after LMP to confirm diagnosis.
