What Causes Absence Of Periods?

Back in May, I had two menstrual periods within two weeks; each being only three days long. Then in June I never once had a cycle. I have taken two pregnancy tests and both have been negative. Is it possible I could be pregnant? And if not, why haven t I had a cycle for almost two months now?

Hello and thanks for your question.
It's my first priority to help you.
Well as you describe, possible causes of missed periods may include hormonal imbalance,PCOS,Weight changes,Thyroid dysfunction,Ovarian cyst.
I would recommend to get an ultrasound pelvic and female hormone levels should be tested.
If you are sexually active and history of unprotected sex then see your gynecologist for ultrasound.
Hope this helps.
