What Causes Absence Of Periods?

Hi.Iam 44 years old lady. for last month my menses was very regular but this month of feb my menses did not come .i can not undersand why? Can i take any medicine like overal L or primolute N to get menses back ?

Is it gone ? Is it monopose started ? pl.guide me
