What Causes Absence Of Peristalsis?

For the last ten years, I have no peristalsis i.e. I never have an urge to defacate. I have to clear bowels manually with the help of plastic glove. No other problem like Gas/and or pain etc. Does it signify some grave problem eith the colon. Remedy if any.

for sure it is not a science of peristaltic movement of th intestine atony because it is aserious condition, as a part of intestinal obstruction which is a surgical emergency of acut abdomen,
what you need now is to get Lactulose syrup three times daily, and Flagyl 500mg twice daily, and glycerin adult suppository twice daily,
you also need to make a laboratory stool analysis, and an abdominopelvic ultrasound for masses compressing the colon.
