hello my question is i have several symptoms and i am very concern that i may have hep c or hiv. I have lost 12 pounds in the last month i have loss muscle mass, no appetite sore throat, i wake up sweating and then i will freeze to the point that my teeth are chattering. i have a white milky discharge and itching, swelling, burning in the genitala area

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be fungal infection also known as thrush. You can go for a vaginal swab for confirmation. Hepatitis do not present like these and I couldn’t understand why you are suspecting hepatitis. However you can go for screening test for Hepatitis C and Hepatitis B for reassurance.
