Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain aching of gums and teeth and constant headache can be related to sinuses and infection in the maxillary sinuses can cause aching pain in upper teeth due to close proximity of sinuses to the upper teeth..
Headache is also commonly seen associated with sinusitis..
But it can be confirmed only after a clinical evaluation and PNS view or MRI of the sinuses under supervision of the Otolaryngologist..
If sinusitis is the cause he/she can advise you to take antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkillers, decongestants oral as well as nasal sprays, saline nasal irrigations and steroid nasal sprays..
Steam inhalations and warm compresses around the nose can also be advised..
As of now you can do steam inhalations, saline nasal irrigation and take Ibuprofen for pain..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
