What Causes Achy, Chill, Chest Tightness, Cough, Sore Over Kidney Area?

Hello...today I started feeling achy, getting chills, tightness in chest, somewhat of a cough, tight/sore over the kidney/QL area, but did do some major stretching in this area this a.m.that may have affected the region. Anyway, I am scheduled to go out of town on Monday and want to be feeling better. What do you suggest? Anything over the counter?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some fatigue, malaise and tiredness due to some infection.
There might be having possibility of urinary tract infection.
Take paracetamol or ibuprofen as and when required.
If require go for antibiotic medicine course if there is some urine problem.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
