What Causes Acute Diarrhea With Stomach Pain And Nausea?
Every month or 2, all of a sudden I get extremely nauseous and know IT S about to happen. I run to the bathroom and then the sweating starts and the severe stomach pains start. I know I m not going to throw up but need a bucket every time bc it s such a strong feeling. My bowel movements start off normal but and after about 10/15 min the sweat stops then the grumbling in my stomach starts and I know the horrible diarrhea starts. It s pure liquid. That is when I know it s done. I haven t eaten anything new. And it s not the same food each time it happens. It s the SAME EXACT symptoms every time. Please help.

There maybe a pathological lesion in your abdomen.
As Your case has a repeated history of intermittent symptoms, it "needs further evaluation". You need to visit a gastroenterologist and he may prescribe you some test (and imaging studies,if required).
Have you ever suffered from Skin flushing (redness over face and/or chest) simultaneously with symptoms?
if yes, do mention it to the attending physician.
