What Causes Acute Nausea And Extreme Weakness?

When I fell asleep last night I was feeling a little bit off. but this morning my skin hurts to touch laydown anything. Im feeling extremely weak, and every thirty second i feel like im going to vomit. My breath even smells like vomit. Im scared to eat. Whats wrong with me?

Hello,

Looks like problem with indigestion. Induced or spontaneous vomiting can make you feel better. If vomiting is continuous, rush to hospital care.
